A big thank you to the Hopkins High School Lean Mean Performance Machine and the numerous volunteer Trombone players who led our Grande Day Parade with the song, 76 Trombones. We’d also like to give a special thank you to our first Community Berryfactor, Virginia Kerssen. Virginia graciously donated a significant amount of money to the Hopkins Raspberry Festival Foundation. Thank you volunteers, sponsors, the city of Hopkins and everyone who came out to celebrate the 76th Hopkins Raspberry Festival!

Central Park Activities / Street Dance Cancelled

Golden Raspberry Found!

Hopkins Arts Fair Continues Sunday July 11, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.

The Hopkins Arts Festival is the kick off event to the 76^th annual Raspberry Festival. The festive weekend centers in historic Hopkins, and highlights the scope of activities presented year-round by the Hopkins Center for the Arts.

Bowling Event Added to Event Schedule

A bowling event will be held at Tuttles on Saturday, July 10. Check in begins at 12:30 p.m. and bowling begins promptly at 1 p.m. A Raspberry Festival Button is required for this event. The event is open to all ages. Prizes will be awarded at random during this event! For more information on this event, view the sporting events under the event schedule or click here. Soap Box Derby Added to Event Schedule

A soap box derby event has been added to this years festival schedule! The event will take place on Family Day, Saturday, July 17 in central park. The event is open to children ages 6 -16. Spectators are welcome and no admission is required. The event is scheduled to run from 11:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Registration fee is $25 and includes a car kit and building instructions.

The Hopkins Raspberry Festival Candidate Committee is still seeking Raspberry Royalty Candidates!

This is a great opportunity to earn college scholarships, wardrobe, travel opportunities, and to make a difference in your community. So if you or a young woman you know are between the ages of 17-25, a graduate of high school by June 2011, have never been married, divorced or pregnant and live, work OR attend school in the Hopkins or Minnetonka School Districts, please click here for more information.

The Hopkins Raspberry Festival board of directors and volunteers would like to thank everyone who attended the Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser on April 17^th. We had over 200 guests come out to the Hopkins Activity Center to show their support and eat some pasta!
